Oil Testing
LSC lubrication technicians will collect the agreed upon samples, at the agreed time intervals, at the correct positions on the machine and in the correct manner and ship the samples to our Laboratories. All the appropriate tests will be conducted and the results recorded in KYER. Within five days of collecting the samples, the client will receive the analyses and any recommendations for action.
Field Service
Our qualified field service personnel will operate, service and maintain your LSC equipment. Maintenance and upkeep with this equipment will be transparent to the client. These crews will also install new LSC equipment.
Oil Purification
The LSC crews will collect contaminated oil and operate ThermoJet® Oil Purification equipment. They will also monitor the client’s lubrication filtration equipment and change the filter cartridges at the optimum time. ThermoJet® oil purifiers are also available for lease.
Integration with LubriMist® Oil Mist Systems
LSC lubrication technicians will regularly survey the client’s lubrication systems and procedures to look for opportunities to improve them. They will also look for opportunities to improve reliability by the incorporation of LubriMist® Oil Mist technology where it is not already employed. The technicians will present formal recommendations for these improvements.
Reliability Services
LSC will regularly survey the client’s lubricants to find opportunities to consolidate and reduce the number, improve handling practices and upgrade where economical, etc. LSC will lead in lubrication-related root-cause failure analyses and make recommendations to preclude a recurrence of that failure. They will create and maintain a computerized database of the client’s lubrication historical data.
Oil Changes/Replacements
LSC lubrication technicians will routinely check the lubrication systems on clients’ machine to ensure that the systems are functioning properly. They will check liquid level to ensure that they are within standards. As necessary, the technicians will add lubricants and make changes as the conditions warrant.
Program Stewardship/Management
LSC will jointly set performance standards, measure them and report them in a scheduled monthly meeting. This meeting will also deal with opportunities for improvement, oil analyses, root-cause failure-analysis reports, actions taken and other issues of interest to the client.
