Improves Housekeeping, Safety and Collection of Used Oils
The advanced features and unique design of the Lubrimist® Oil Dispensing Station provide better lubrication, improving plant operations and machinery reliability. The quality construction and heavy-gauge materials ensure numerous years of satisfactory performance.
Improved Oil Quality
The fully enclosed cabinet provides a protected environment for oil dispensing and storing oiling cans, minimizing lubricant and dispensing container contamination. An optional filter can be rigidly mounted on the back side of the cabinet when oil cleanliness is essential.
Efficient Oil Distribution
Oil stations can be placed plant wide, to ensure that the correct lubricants are available where needed. Oil storage is then consolidated from many individual drums to one central tank for each type of oil, reducing the amount of oil needed for supply assurance. These stations can be integrated into other bulk-oil systems, such as those used with LubriMist Oil Mist consoles or cooling-tower gearbox filling systems.
Improved Oil Uusage Control
The hand-grip dispensing valves provide positive shut off, reducing spills. The optional electronic meter incorporates a digital readout. The meter displays in gallons, quarts or pints and has reset and totaling features.
Easier Collection of Waste Oils
The cabinet drain is located under the bottom shelf and is piped to a five-gallon covered pail inside the cabinet pedestal. The drain can also be piped to an oily water-sewer system or a larger collection tank.
