The VFP Oil Mist Generator is for systems with very few lubrication points and in which manual fill is acceptable. It has up to 500-bearing-inch capacity.
Electromechanical Control
The unit has switches that signal alarm conditions for high/low mist pressure and high/low oil level.
Design Features:
• Panel mounted: Reservoir and mounting panel made of heavy-gauge steel construction with high-build epoxy primer and polyurethane finish coat
• Three-gallon reservoir with pressure-relief valve, oil-level sight gauge and low-level switch
• Thermostatically controlled immersion oil heater and reservoir-mounted oil temperature gauge
• Air-pressure regulator with gauge and auto-drain air filter
• Available with 40-, 100-, 300- or 500-bearing-inch generator head
