The NV Oil Mist Generator is for intermediate, multi-port systems where reliability and control are critical. It is fully monitored and automated with a large, internal six-gallon reservoir. It has up to 1000 Bearing Inch capacity.
Design Features:
• Fully enclosed with locking hinged cover: Heavy-gauge, carbon steel construction
• Six-gallon reservoir with oil level sight gauge and pressure relief valve
• Automatic oil fill capability, includes oil solenoid valve and high/low level alarm
• Temperature adjustable immersion oil heater with thermostat along with reservoir-mounted temperature gauge
• Low oil temperature alarm switch High/low mist pressure switch and gauge
• Air pressure regulator with gauge and auto-drain filter
• Compact, integrated air heater with thermostat and temperature gauge (optional)
• Air solenoid control valve
• Available with 100, 300, 500 and 1000 bearing inch generator head sizes
