The JR Oil Mist Generator is for intermediate size systems in which auto-fill is required and a minimum external DCS is needed. It has up to 500-bearing-inch capacity.
Electromechanical Control
The unit has switches that signal alarm conditions for high/low mist pressure, high/low oil level and low oil temperature.
Design Features:
• Fully enclosed pedestal-mounted, single-door, heavy-gauge aluminum enclosure
• Five-gallon reservoir with pressure-relief valve, oil-level sight gauge and easily accessible clean-out panel
• Thermostatically controlled immersion oil heater and reservoir-mounted oil-temperature gauge
• Available with 40-, 100-, 300- or 500-bearing inch generator head
